Equality for Fire Fighters thru Education, Community Service, and Training (E.F.F.E.C.T.) is a non-profit organization, operating within the Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan area.  Our goals include collaborating with local community organizations in the recruitment of minorities, as well as, providing education and training opportunities  towards care

Our purpose and aim is to partnership with local organizations and business’s in the recruitment of minorities seeking employment within the fire service.
