Fire Candidate Employment Preparation Program (FireCEPP)

This program is designed to provide classes that will assist minorities in acquiring  a working knowledge of the fire service, and the skills required to successfully complete the hiring process. Some of the classes offered, but not limited too, are application completion, interviewing techniques, and physical requirements.
