Our mission is to diversify and create equal employment opportunities for minorities within the fire service.

Equality for Fire Fighters thru Education, Community Service, and Training (E.F.F.E.C.T.) is a non-profit organization, operating within the Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan area.  Our goals include collaborating with local community organizations in the recruitment of minorities, as well as, providing education and training opportunities  towards career advancement throughout their career on the fire department.
